- Login to the client area via https://u2-web.com/clientarea/ or via the link in your invoice
- Go to Billing -> My Invoices or via the link in your invoice to load the invoice directly
- Select Dwolla in the payment method popup menu
- Hit "Pay now" button
- You will be redirected to Dwolla's payment pages automatically, however, if you are not please click the link that is displayed to be directed there
- On Dwolla's page, login with your information, select your payment funding source -- either via balance or a funding source
- Confirm payment with Dwolla
- You will be redirected back to our pages once payment is completed
If you used a funding source, such as a bank account, it will take 1 to 4 business days for the payment to clear. Until the payment has cleared and the transaction is successful, the invoice will show as unpaid but without a due amount.
If you used your Dwolla balance instead of a funding service, the payment will be instant.
