Giving FTP access:
To give FTP (web file, scripts) access, please do the following:
- Login to the control panel
- Go to FTP / User account --> FTP user
- Click "Add sub ftp account" in the sub ftp section
- If you want to restrict to a domain or a folder in a domain, put "domain.com/folder" (where domain.com is your real domain) in the relative path field. If you do not want to restrict which folder can be accessed, leave the relative path field blank.
Giving MySQL Access:
To give MySQL (database) access, please do the following:
- Login to the control panel
- Go to Databases --> MySQL --> MySQL DBs --> The database in question
- Click "add mysql user" in the mysql users section
- In most cases, giving DBA permissions is needed and that can be done by selecting DBA in the permissions popup menu
- Enter the username and password as wanted and submit the form
To give additional to MSSQL databases, please do the following:
- Login to the control panel
- Go to Databases --> MSSQL -> MSSQL Logins
- Create a new MSSQL login
- Go to Databases --> MSSQL --> MSSQL DBs
- Click the database name
- Click the "Add database user" and put in the user name and select the new login
