When adding SRV records in hsphere for Microsoft 366, the fields under the DNS configuration new record page should be set to:
Record 1
Name: _sip._tls
TTL: 3600 or default
Priority: 99 (anything higher will cause an error)
Weight: 1 (can be 1-9, anything higher will cause an error)
Port: 443
Data: sipdir.online.lync.com
Record 2:
Name: _sipfederationtls._tcp
TTL: 3600 or default
Priority: 9 (anything higher will cause an error)
Weight: 1 (can be higher but not more than 9)
Port: 5061
Data: sipfed.online.lync.com
