Our site, billing, and support systems have worked hard and great for us for many years.  However, they asked to be retired and we felt obligated to comply with such loyal systems.  At first, the plan was to launch a new billing and support systems, however, like all over projects it grow in to a new site also.   Our new billing systems will allow us to offer different services, billing, etc without using custom billing methods. We'll eventual be processing all orders, billing, etc via our new billing systems and not in the control panel as it is now. 

Over the next few months, we will be importing account info, domains, etc in to our new billing systems.  This process will take sometime to complete in order to keep errors to very low to non-existent amounts.  We will send notices to customers when their accounts will be imported in to the new systems.  Only billing information and domain registrations will be imported.  Hosting settings, features, etc will not be changed. 

We have imported the last year or so of service notices.

Update: 1/28/2013:  Custom plans, resellers, and VPS accounts have been imported .  We will now start on the main billing migrations, starting with our windows plans going one by one.  Notices will be sent out before and after this .
Update: 3/13/2013: Auto importer for hsphere has been created and has been used to successfully import clients using the windows-1 plan .  The importer took a long time to create, however, it reduces human error greatly and allows to import many account info in a short time.
