During the following scheduled window, we will be switching the ticket system and the overall help desk systems to a new platform.  Existing tickets will be migrated over and accessible via the same interface as before - with some design changes.  Creating tickets and replying to tickets via email will work the same as before.  This change is to provide us with more advanced options for ticket management and workflow controls - which in turn helps us to support you. 

This work should be seamless and require no action on your part, however, we wanted to inform our clients of this change.

3/21/2024 - 5 PM ET -- all tickets are routing in to the new system at this point.  Existing tickets have not yet been imported and that will be done in the next couple of days.
