Add mailbox Alias

If you have multiple addresses you want to be delivered to a mailbox, then you would want to use mailbox aliases.  To setup a mailbox alias, do the following:

  1. In your client area, go to Services menu -> My Services and click on the Zimbra service
    1. NOTE: if you have multiple zimbra services, then pick the one that the mailbox is in
  2. Click on "Mailbox Aliases" or "Email Aliases"
  3. Enter the alias name in the alias field
  4. Pick which mailbox to alias
  5. Submit the form
